Digital Plaster
No, not like the wall covering...it's British english for band-aid. While we'd love to discuss the etymology of that with you, the product is cool, so we'll restrain ourselves. It's a thin device with sensors that will replace all the big scary machines that generally do heart rate, temperature, seat...you know, the normal stuff. That alone is a big deal, but then the Sensuim product goes nuts and sends the info to your doc's PDA or smartphone. Sweet.

Need a New Couch?
While we love the clean lines and minimalist sensibilities of modern furniture, we're not quite sure we're ready for this. The concept? Extremely awesome. The comfort? Not so much, we think. The sofa you see after the link was carved out of foam by a CNC router and modeled after a three minute EEG of the future owner's brain waves. Hope he's happy with his art...cause that's one impractical piece of furniture.
